Seth on one of the rocks we climbed. It looks like its not high up at all, but the camera was zoomed in, I promise
This is the hiking group at the top. Notice how cold everyone looks... or at least how cold I look
A panoramic view from the top... Seth loves taking these shots
We found an old outhouse at the top of the mountain
He is only posing, don't worry
Jill took this shot of us climbing down, its a lot steeper than it looks
If you look close you can see Seth's foot had slipped and he is about to take a spill
Then later Seth and I made some delicious spring rolls. We put celery, green peppers, red peppers, yellow peppers, carrots, cucumbers and cilantro into a delicious combination. Surprisingly, Seth was not so bad and wrapping. He said that everything he learned at taco time can still sometimes come in handy. Spring rolls are definitely one of our new favorites. Just give us a few more tries to perfect it and then we will be professionals.
These are a few of our first time attempts... not so bad
Seth is working the magic of the spring roll
